So recently Courtney and i have run into a few more "bumps in the road" than we would like. I think we filled our annual quota in just the last 2 months. I am sure everyone has had days, weeks, months, even years like that. It can be exhausting. But today i came across this clip....so for us, and for anyone else out there who needs a little encouragement enjoy! I know i did. I can't get enough of Fozzy's "Shame on you" Ron Livingston's "your like a big bear man!" or the grinch clip. This seriously made my day

Mike placed 5th in his start time group....and simply flew the entire race

and at 63 years old Bill completed the race and inspired us all

Ben - a.k.a. FIRESTORM

In late July Ben was diagnosed with cancer

He starts chemo-therapy on the 20th but rocked Lotoja with a strong body and even stronger spirit.

I cried when he crossed the finish line assured that if he could ride 206 miles in one day with cancer that

he would be able to use that same strong body and spirit to fight the cancer.
